tenforward.social is hosted on a single VPS (Virtual Private Server) on [[https://hetzner.cloud/?ref=Jurw7DKYEuGP|Hetzner Cloud]]. It is located in Hetzner Cloud's Ashburn, VA, USA location.

The server is on the CPX41 plan which includes 8 VCPUs and 16GB of RAM.

The server uses/hosts the common non-Docker Mastodon setup which includes:

  * nginx [frontend web server]
  * PostgreSQL [Mastodon's SQL store]
  * Redis [Mastodon's in-memory data store]
  * Mastodon app server daemons [Sidekiq, web, and streaming]
